Toddin
Toddin is a municipality in the district of Ludwigsburg pleasure Parchim in Mecklenburg -Vorpommern ( Germany ). It is administered by the Office Hagenow country with headquarters in the city Hagenow.
The municipality is divided into the districts Toddin and Gramnitz.

Geography
Toddin situated on the southwestern outskirts of Hagenow. Through the village flows De Beck. Federal highway 321 leads on their way from Pritzier after Hagenow by Toddin.
History
The first documentary mention in Toddins Isfriedschen sharing agreement dates back to 1194th The name of the place is derived from the old Slavic word Toda, which means place of the Toda. From the form of settlement ago Toddin is a village road. With the colonization Toddin passed into the hands of the landed gentry. Around 1520 the village chapel was built, which rebuilt in 1607 and 1745, but demolished in 1956 due to disrepair and was replaced by an interim solution.

Coat of arms
The coat of arms was approved on 16 August 1995 by the Home Office and registered under No. 87 of the coat of arms role of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.
Blazon: "Divided of red and gold; above, a slight left lying silver oak leaf with three acorns on a branch off after rechtshin stalk; below a blue cornflower blossom on a blue stem end. "
The coat of arms was designed by the Schwerin heraldist Karl -Heinz quarry.
