Tolga Zengin (2014)

Tolga Zengin ( born October 10, 1983 in Hopa, Artvin ) is a Turkish football goalkeeper and captain of his current club Beşiktaş Istanbul.

Career

Association

Zengin began his club career in the youth from Trabzon İdmanocağı and moved to the youth of Trabzonspor 1998. In 2002 he received a professional contract with Trabzonspor, but played about two seasons for the reserve team. For the season 2004 /05 he was then taken to the squad of the first team and completed his first season two Erstligapartien.

Halfway through the season 2006/ 07 he conquered a regular place and kept this one and a half seasons long. Only in the 2008/ 09 season he lost his place to the new entrants to the team Onur Kıvrak. The following seasons he competed with Kıvrak the square root of the goalkeeper.
