Tom Croft

Thomas " Tom" Croft ( born November 7, 1985 in Basingstoke ) is an English rugby union player. He plays as a winger and second - row players for the England team and the Leicester Tigers.

Croft began at the age of eleven years with the Rugby sport at his school. He played five years at Newbury RFC, before joining the Leicester Tigers in 2005. His debut for England he gave at the 2008 Six Nations against France. He sat down during the tournament as a regular player through and moved between the position of winger and the second row. In 2009 he was nominated for the tour of the British and Irish Lions to South Africa after Alan Quinlan was suspended. He won with his club this year, the English championship and reached the final in the Heineken Cup. There, the Tigers were defeated Leinster, however.
