Tom Flanagan (political scientist)

Thomas Eugene Flanagan ( born March 5, 1944 in Ottawa, Illinois) is an American political scientist at the University of Calgary.

Life

Flanagan studied at the University of Notre Dame, where he received his Bachelor of Arts. He then continued his studies at Duke University. Got there, his Master of Arts and later his Ph.D..

Tom Flanagan was the head of the consultant staff of the Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper.
