Tom Hicks

Thomas Ollis Hicks, Sr. ( born 1946 ) is an American entrepreneur who lives in Dallas ( Texas ) and according to the Forbes Magazine had assets of one billion U.S. dollars has ( 2009). Hicks co-founded the investment firm Hicks, Muse, Tate & Furst and chairman of Hicks Holdings LLC. The latter owns and controls the Hicks Sports Group, to which the high-level professional sports clubs Dallas Stars ( Hockey ) and Mesquite Championship Rodeo ( Rodeo ) belong. Formerly belonged to the company and the Texas Rangers (baseball ) and half English football club Liverpool FC.
