Tom Kalin

Tom Kalin (born 1962 in Chicago) is an American screenwriter, film director and film producer.

Life

Kalin was born in 1962. After leaving school, he was active in the film industry. As a screenwriter, he wrote in the 1990s and 2000s several screenplays. In addition, he has worked as a film director and made ​​films like Savage Grace, Swoon and The Robots of Sodom. As a film producer, he worked on such films as I Shot Andy Warhol and Go Fish. In addition to his films Kalin created a series of short films. Many of his films deal with the subject of LGBT and AIDS. Kalin's works have been nominated several times at various film festivals.
