Tom Otterness ( b. 1952 in Wichita, Kansas) is an American sculptor.

Otterness ' work can be seen especially in gardens and parks in New York City and other North American cities. His style is very pictorially simplistic and cheerful, his works include, for example, irregular areas of color.
