Tom Pappas

Tom Pappas ( born September 6, 1976 in Azalea, Oregon) is an American decathlete.

In college, he played American football and baseball and was active also works as a wrestler. Pappas, who is 1.96 meters tall and weighs 93 kg, turned to at the age of 19 years of athletics.

Internationally, he first drew attention to himself when he was in Sydney was fifth at the 2000 Olympic Games. His biggest success was the win at the World Athletics Championships in Paris in 2003.
