Tom Six

Tom Six ( born August 29, 1973 in Alkmaar, North Holland, Netherlands) is a Dutch film producer, screenwriter and film director.

Career

TV

His first experience in the media gathered Six at the Dutch television production company Endemol. As a director, he was one of the creative minds behind the company's own reality show Big Brother. With the sale of production to international TV stations Six was used to train directors in the technology and aesthetics of the show world.

Cinema

Together with his sister Ilona Six Tom founded 2004 under the name Six Entertainment own film production company. By 2008, he was responsible for three films in the Dutch language as a writer, producer and director. Then in 2009 he achieved his international breakthrough with the largely rotated in English horror film The Human Centipede ( First Sequence), which is applied as the first part of a trilogy. 2011 originated with The Human Centipede 2 (Full Sequence) a continuation of the production. The final film in the trilogy The Human Centipede III (Final Sequence), Six will take over as an actor on a small part.
