Tom Weiskopf

Thomas Daniel " Tom" Weiskopf ( born November 9, 1942 in Massillon, Ohio) is an American professional golfer who was mainly on the U.S. PGA Tour as a professional on the road to 1993. After attending Ohio State University, he moved in 1964, turned professional and there celebrated primarily in the 1970s, some tournament success. His greatest triumph he experienced in 1973 by winning the British Open on the Old Course at Royal Troon Golf Club. He was as a player participants of the U.S. team the Ryder Cup matches in 1973 and 1975. 1993 he moved to the Champions Tour, where he could also win some tournaments.
