Tombolo, Veneto
Tombolo is a northern Italian municipality ( comune ) with 8303 inhabitants ( 31 December 2012) in the Province of Padua in Veneto. The municipality is situated approximately 26 kilometers north- west of Padua, and about 25 kilometers northeast of Vicenza.
History
The district Onara was once the headquarters of the Ezzelinis family.

Traffic
Together with the neighboring municipality of Galliera Veneta is a railway station on the route from Vicenza to Treviso.
