Tommy Bechmann
Tommy Bechmann ( born December 22, 1981 in Aarhus ) is a Danish football player.

Association
FC Aarhus and Esbjerg fB
Tommy Bechmann began his career in 2000 at FC Aarhus, Aarhus Fremad today. In 2002 he moved to the then first division side Esbjerg fB. In Jutland, he fought his way to a starting place and stood out with solid performances. Thus he attracted the attention of foreign clubs.
VfL Bochum
For the season 2004 /05 moved to VfL Bochum Bechmann, who played his time in the Bundesliga. At that time, played with Søren Colding and Peter Madsen two other Danes in Bochum. His debut for VfL he announced on August 7, 2004 on the opening day against Hertha BSC when he came on. His first Bundesliga goal he scored with a 1-0 win on September 19, 2004 compared to SC Freiburg. In the coming years Bechmann could never permanently fight for a regular place in Bochum, but shuttled between the starting eleven and substitutes' bench. Also contributed to this injury. The beginning of the season 2007/ 08 was initially very successful, as he scored four goals in the first four days. In the second half but he was injured again.
SC Freiburg
After his contract expires at the end of the season he moved to the then second division side SC Freiburg, which he ascended in 2009 in the Bundesliga, to which he contributed seven goals. His first and only Bundesliga for the SCF achieved Bechmann 9 August 2009 on the opening day against Hamburger SV reduce the deficit to a 1-1 draw. Due to injury, he was missing in the aftermath often, at the end of the season there were only 21 games to book. In the season 2010/11 he came to the Erstrundspiel in the DFB Cup due to various injuries to no longer use, why his end of the season expiring contract was not renewed.
SønderjyskE
2011 Bechmann returned to Denmark and signed for first division SønderjyskE. His debut for the Slesvigers gave Bechmann on 17 July 2011, when he on the opening day of the Superligæn against FC Copenhagen - ended with a 0-2 defeat for SønderjyskE - stood in the starting eleven. This season, he came in the game point operation on 25 missions and scored five goals. In the following season, the 2012/13 season, he was in the league used 32 times, scoring eight goals.
National
On 23 May 2001 Bechmann made his only game for the U-19 national team of Denmark when he came off the bench in the 1-2 defeat in Istanbul against Turkey for Mads Junker.
20 January 2002 Bechmann debuted for the U -20 team when he came off the bench in the 1-2 defeat in Johannesburg against Zimbabwe in the 70th minute for Thomas Augustinussen. For these country selection Bechmann came in seven games for use. His last international match for the U -20 he made on 26 March 2002 when he came off the bench in the 2:3 defeat against Ireland in Cork in the 65th minute for Dennis Sørensen.
On 20 August 2002 Bechmann then debuted for the U-21 national team of Denmark, as he stood in the 1-1 draw against Scotland in the starting line-up and also hit on the intermediate Danish leadership. Bechmann came for the U -21 in 15 games for use, had eleven shot into the goal and also took part in qualifying for the U -21 Football Championship in 2004, but where was eliminated in the relegation against Italy. The return match on 19 November 2003 in Rieti was also Bechmanns last game for the U- 21st
On 18 January 2004 Bechmann debuted for the so-called " national league " when he was in the starting line-up in the 1-1 draw in Carson against the United States and was 58 minutes replaced by Søren Berg. Three days later, Bechmann scored his first goal for this selection, as he marked in the 1-3 defeat, also in Carson and also against the United States, the consolation goal. So far, the last time playing for the league national team, for the only player from the Superligæn and their games will be counted by the Danish Association as official games, Bechmann has played on January 23, 2004, when he against CD Aguila, against the one in Los Angeles also lost with 1:3, again scored the consolation goal.
