Tommy Shaw

Tommy Roland Shaw ( born September 11, 1953 in Montgomery, Alabama ) is an American rock musician who was best known for his membership in the band Styx.

Career

Shaw attended Robert E. Lee High School in Montgomery, afterwards he moved to Chicago and joined the band, The Smoke Ring, with which he appeared for three years.

Styx

In 1975 he replaced John Curulewski as a singer and guitarist for the band Styx.
