Too Many Girls (musical)

Too Many Girls is a musical comedy with music by Richard Rodgers and Lorenz Hart song lyrics by; the book was written by George Marion Jr.. George Abbott produced and directed the musical staging. The premiere took place on 18 October 1939 at the Imperial Theatre in New York.

Action

An American college musical. Originally from a wealthy family and some spirited Connie Casey has it, during their Europa stay exaggerated to the liking of her father. To bring it back to rest, Mr. Casey sends them to the remote enough Pottawatomie College in New Mexico. Just to be sure, he hires four Ivy League football players as watchdogs. The guys are cute and bring the way the college football team that did not win a game in its 75-year history, to the top. One of the boys, Clint, is particularly nice; he and Connie fall in love. Just the day before the last big game takes Connie out that Clint is paid for by her father. He then decides to Connie to leave the college, their four guard you should really follow - but what becomes of the football team?
