The Tordino is a river in Italy with 59 km length in the province of Teramo Abruzzo.

Geography

The river Tordino arises between the Monte Gorzano ( 2455 m) and Monte Pelone ( 2230 m) in the mountainous area of the Monti della Laga at a height of 1996 m. The river flows through the territory of the Gran Sasso National Park, one of the Abruzzo National Park. It flows in an easterly direction before it flows into the Adriatic Sea. The Tordino has an average water flow of about 6 m³ / s
