Tore Holm

Tore Holm ( born November 25, 1896 in Gamleby, Sweden, † November 15, 1977 ) was a Swedish sailor and two -time Olympic champion.

He started in Antwerp in 1920. Than a crew member of the Swedish ship Sif, with whom he won the gold medal in the 40- m ² class Eight years later, at the Games in Amsterdam he won the bronze medal as crew member on the Sylvia in the 8 meter class. In 1932 he won in Los Angeles his second gold medal at the Bissbi in the 6 meter class. At the Olympic Games in Berlin in 1936, he missed on the 4th place in the 8 -meter class just a medal. His Olympic career, he ended 1948 in London with his fourth medal. On the Ali Baba II, he won again bronze medal in the 6 meter class.
