Tore Keller

Goals Bertil gottfrid Keller ( born January 4, 1905 in Norrköping, † 15 July 1988 ) was a Swedish football player.

Career

Keller played 1924-1940 for IK Sleipner Norrköping, with whom he became Swedish champion in 1938. With 150 league goals achieved, he is currently one of the ten best scorers in the country.

Keller also played for the Swedish national team. In 1924 he won the bronze medal with the national selection for the Olympic Games. He was also in the squad at the World Championships in 1934, when the team failed to Germany in the quarter-finals with 1:2, and 1938, when he finished fourth with the national team. At the tournament in 1938 he scored three goals in the quarter-final match against Cuba, which ended in a 8-0 trouncing.
