Tormaleo

Tormaleo ( Taladrí in Asturian ) is a place and eponym of Parroquia in the municipality of Ibias the Spanish province of Asturias.

The Parroquia has an area of ​​36.45 km ² and had 423 inhabitants in 2011. Tormaleo situated at an altitude of 866 m above sea level with the Pena Rogueira ( 1,961 m) as highest point. San Antolin, the administrative seat of the municipality of Ibias is 26 km away. The Parroquia is dominated by coal, which is mined here in the open pit.
