Tortelloni

Tortelloni are stuffed pasta from Northern Italy, which strongly resemble the tortellini, but are larger. They are usually filled with ricotta and leafy vegetables such as spinach filled. The filling can also be made of meat ( beef, chicken, pork or mortadella ) and often also of Parmesan cheese.
