Tour de Ruhr is the title of a six -part television series, created from a screenplay by Elke Heidenreich and for the first time in 1981 at the West German television and was broadcast in 1983 in the German Sunday afternoon program.

The series depicts the bike ride of a fictional family Stratmann through the Ruhr area and conveys impressions from the Ruhr in 1980, which at that time was by pit closures in a structural change.
