Tours FC

The Tours Football Club is a French football club based in Tours, capital of the French département of Indre- et -Loire.

It was founded in 1919 as the Association Sportive du Centre Docks ( from 1921 only AS du Centre ); " Docks de France " was the public yard that had an operation in Tours. As this 1951 ceased its support for the club, named this into FC Tours and in 1993 to its present name. The club colors are blue and black; league team plays at the Stade de la Vallee du Cher, which has a capacity of 12,690 seats.

Club president is Jean -Marc Ettori; the first team is coached by Olivier Pantaloni since July 2013. (August 2013)

Professional status has owned from 1978 to 1993 and again since 2007 Tours. First class (Division 1 since 2002 in Ligue 1 renamed) played the club from 1980 to 1983 and 1984 / 85th
