Tovma Artsruni

Towma Arzruni or Ardsruni (Armenian Թովմա Արծրունի ) was a historian and religious scholar ( Sparapet ) from the medieval kingdom Vaspurakan in southwestern Armenia, between Lake Van and the Great Zab.

He wrote in the early 10th century, a history of the house Arzruni. Two unknown Compilers they carried on until the 12th century. Arzruni was based on the work of predecessors such as Moses of CHOREN's History of Armenia and Elise's story of Vartan and the Armenian War.
