The Toyohashi Station (Japanese豊 桥 駅, Toyohashi -eki ) is located in Toyohashi in Aichi Prefecture.

Toyohashi is served by the following lines:
- JR Tōkaidō Shinkansen
- JR Tōkaidō Main Line

- Meitetsu Nagoya Main Line
- Toyohashi tetsudō Atsumi Line
- Toyohashi tetsudō Azumada line ( tram)

In 2005, took advantage of a daily average of about 51,400 people this station.
Design and tracks
He is a combination of railhead ( tracks 1 to 3) and through station ( tracks 4-13 ) with a total of 15 tracks. They are distributed as follows ( from north to south ):
- Tracks 1 and 2: JR Iida Line.
- Track 3: Meitetsu
- Tracks 4-8: JR Tōkaidō Main Line
- Tracks 9 and 10: JR Tōkaidō Main Line, but not used by default.
- Tracks 11 to 13: Tōkaidō Shinkansen tracks, of which 11 and 12 for trains to Tokyo on a central platform ( Platform 11 is not operated as scheduled ) and track 13 towards Osaka on an outer platform. Are two unnumbered Transit tracks between track 12 and 13.
History
The station was opened by the later Japanese National Railways on September 1, 1888.
