The Toyota TF109 was a Formula 1 race car and the police car by Toyota Racing in the 2009 season. It was powered by a Toyota RVX -09 V8 engine. It was the last Formula 1 race car from Toyota Racing.

The Toyota TF109 was presented on 15 January 2009 on the website of the Toyota racing team and made his debut on 18 January 2009 at the Autódromo Internacional do Algarve. The race car was driven by Jarno Trulli, Timo Glock and Kamui Kobayashi. The best results with the racing cars were two second places.

2010 and 2011, the Toyota TF109 was used for testing the tire manufacturer Pirelli.
