Toytepa (Cyrillic Тўйтепа; Russian Тойтепа Tojtepa ) is a city in the Uzbek Tashkent Province, located about 30 km south of the capital, Tashkent, 395 m above sea level. Toytepa is the capital of the district Ortachirchiq (formerly Russian Среднечирчик Srednjetschirtschik ). According to the population census in 1989 Toytepa then had 17,500 inhabitants, a calculation for 2009 are that there is the population of 20,682.

Toytepa was raised in 1973 to the city and is situated on the road between Tashkent and Kokand. Of importance is the based in the city clothing industry.

In Toytepa is an airfield, but this is no longer in operation.
