Tracy Nelson (actress)

Tracy Kristine Nelson ( born October 25, 1963 in Santa Monica, California) is an American actress.

Life

Nelson grew up in a family of artists. Her father was the rock ' n ' roll musician Ricky Nelson, her mother, the actress Kristin Nelson and her uncle, the actor Mark Harmon. Her two brothers Matthew and Gunnar Nelson were the founders of the hair metal band Nelson. After Nelson had in 1981 completed her schooling, she joined the following year in the sitcom Square Pegs next to Sarah Jessica Parker. The series was set, however, after one season with 20 episodes.
