Tracy Wilson

Tracy Wilson, CM ( born September 25, 1961 in Lachine, Quebec ) is a former Canadian figure skater, who started ice dancing.

Wilson was initially Eistanzpartner Mark Stokes. With him it was 1980 Canadian junior champion in ice dancing.

In 1982 Wilson ran with Robert McCall. From 1982 until her career in late 1988 they were Canadian champion in ice dancing and participated in this period participated in all World Championships. At the World Championships in 1986 in Geneva, 1987 in Cincinnati, and in 1988 in Budapest they each won the bronze medal behind the two Soviet Eistanzpaaren Bestemjanowa Natalia and Andrei Bukin and Marina Klimova and Sergei Ponomarenko. Bronze won Wilson and McCall in this order also at the 1988 Olympics in Calgary. In her first Olympics in Sarajevo in 1984 they had become eighth.

After the 1988 Olympics Tracy Wilson and Robert McCall finished their amateur career and switched to the professionals. In 1989 she won the World Cup in the pros. She also ran for the ice show Stars On Ice.

After Robert McCall's death Wilson stopped with the ice dancing and began to work as Eiskunstlaufkommentatorin for various television stations.
