Trade agreement

A trade agreement is an agreement between States in which the trade with one another is regulated.

If two or more States shall conclude a trade agreement, they regulate so that trade with each other. In technical jargon, a trade agreement is often also called foreign trade relationship. This trade agreement governs, for example:

  • The import and export of goods
  • Access to ports or airports
  • Economic and technical cooperation
  • The supply of raw materials
  • The protection of foreign companies

There are many things that you can arrange to facilitate trade. In the era of globalization, the increasingly growing international economic relations, the short or long term agreements concluded between the trade facilitation are gaining in importance.
