Traffic code
The traffic rules are the body of legal rules of conduct in traffic, where participants are subject. Each transport has gone to guidelines - so traffic rules apply not only on the road.
They serve both the safety and efficiency in traffic as well as to clarify the question of fault in accidents.
The safe control of traffic rules is a prerequisite for the granting of an authorization to transport, such as patents, licenses or driver's license. For the participants of road traffic, the traffic rules are set out in local laws and regulations. An international standardization of traffic rules followed by the Vienna Convention on Road Traffic.
