Traianos Patrikios (medium Τραϊανός Πατρίκιος Greek ) was a Byzantine historian, who lived Emperor Justinian II at the time.

Traianos who bore the title Patrikios is mentioned in the Middle Byzantine encyclopedia Suda. It is stated that he lived in the time of Justinian II and a historical chronicle written, which was admirable. He is also described as very Christian and orthodox faith.
