TransAsia Airways (Chinese复兴 航空, Pinyin Fuxing Hángkōng ) is a Taiwanese airline based in Taipei.

History

The airline was founded in 1951 and is therefore one of the first private and civil- operating airlines in Taiwan. The Chinese name of the airline translates as " The airline that restores the glory ." This refers to the conflict between the two States Republic of China and People's Republic of China.
