Transversalis fascia

The fascia transversalis abdominis fascia is a connective tissue and is a part of the abdominal wall; they do is in addition to the fascia endothoracic part of the inner Rumpffaszie. The transversalis fascia is bordered towards the abdominal cavity directly to the peritoneum and is closely connected with this. It forms the inner boundary of the musculus transversus abdominis, the rectus abdominis and iliopsoas muscle to the outside.
