Treasurer

A treasurer, and treasurer, Kassenwärterin, cashier, treasurer, treasurer, treasurer, treasurer or CFO is the person on the board of a company which is responsible for the management of cash and finance.

The treasurer is responsible for the accounting and cash management in general and encourages the members of Assembly the annual report. In addition, the cash-flow is checked by auditors, who also report to the General Assembly.

Typically, a club for its business activity shall only be liable to the Association's assets; the personal assets of the members and of the Board shall not be affected, unless there is a liability case.
