Treat Williams

Treat Williams, actually Richard Williams ( born December 1, 1951 in Rowayton, Connecticut ) is an American actor and children's book author.

Williams graduated from Franklin and Marshall College in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. In college, he played in Fulton Repertory Theatre at Lancaster. Particularly well known made ​​him the role of Berger in Miloš Forman's film Hair, which earned him a nomination for the Golden Globe Award for Best Young Actor. Ironically, he beat the film's producers to persuade him to give him the role of the hippies.
