Trevor Daley

Trevor Daley ( born October 9, 1983 in Toronto, Ontario ) is a Canadian professional ice hockey player who currently plays for the Dallas Stars of the National Hockey League on the position of the defender.

Career

Daley was selected by the Dallas Stars in the NHL Entry Draft in 2002 to 43rd. In the 2003 /04 season, he completed his first games for the Stars, after the lockout, he was finally starting players in the Texas metropolis. Prior to his NHL career, he spent four seasons with the Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds in the Ontario Hockey League, but they left in 2003 after manager and trainer John Vanbiesbrouck used a racial term in conversation with team members.

At international level, Daley represented the Canadian selection at the Ice Hockey World Championship in 2006. During the tournament the defender came to seven missions and scored a point.
