Triangle (Israel)

Meschulasch (Hebrew משלש ) or Muthallath (Arabic المثلث, DMG al - muṯallaṯ, both of which means triangle ') originally referred to an image formed by the tri-city area Tira, Taibe and Qalansuwa settlement area in the Central District of Israel, in the meantime the entire densely populated area of Umm al - Fahm.

In addition to Galil and Negev is the Meschulasch one of the areas with high Arab population in Israel.

One of the proposals launched in 2004 by Avigdor Lieberman called Lieberman plan was the inclusion of Meschulasch in a future Palestinian state in exchange for Israeli settlements in the West Bank. This plan is mostly rejected by the Israeli Arabs.
