Trilogy of Fallot

The Fallot's trilogy is a rarely used term for a malformation syndrome of the heart, which is associated with pulmonary stenosis and atrial septal defect, and right heart.

Here are the symptoms - essentially a conditional by the right-left shunt at the atrial level cyanosis - similar to those in isolated pulmonary stenosis, ie, intact ventricular septum ( septum ).

The malformation is named after Etienne- Louis Arthur Fallot.
