Trinity University (Texas)

The Trinity University is an American private university in San Antonio, Texas (USA). It was founded in 1869 in Tehuacana, Texas.

There in 2005 studied more than 2700 students. The majority of them were undergraduate students.

The Trinity University was recognized in 2006 by the magazine U.S. News & World Report for the 15th time in a row as the best university in its category. She is also listed " 361 The Best Colleges " in the issued by the American organization Princeton Review College Guide.

The official motto of the university is "E Tribus Unum " ( out of three, a ), since the Trinity University is the result of three smaller colleges.

Famous graduates include, without limitation Alice Walton, Chuck McKinley and Jaclyn Smith.
