Triple Divide Peak (Montana)

The Triple Divide Peak is a peak in the Rocky Mountains in the U.S. state of Montana near the Canadian border. It represents the watershed point at which touch the catchment areas of the Atlantic Ocean via the Missouri - Mississippi River system and the Gulf of Mexico, the Pacific Ocean via the Columbia River and the Arctic Ocean on the Saskatchewan River and Hudson Bay. He thus represents the end point of the traditional North American Continental Divide and is the world's only point at which meet the watersheds of three different oceans.
