Tristan Thompson

Tristan Trevor James Thompson ( born March 13, 1991 Brampton, Ontario ) is a Canadian professional basketball player.

After Thompson played one year for the basketball team of the ' Texas Longorns ', he decided to NBA Draft login. When NBA Draft 2011, he was selected in 4th place by the Cleveland Cavaliers. Together with Kyrie Irving, who was a few minutes earlier pulled 1 out of the ' Cavs ', both are a promising franchise from Ohio.

In his rookie season, Thompson scored 8.2 points and 6.5 rebounds per game. He was appointed team to the NBA All- Rookie Second at the end of the season. In its second year, Thompson started in all 82 games, scoring 11.7 points and 9.4 rebounds per game.
