Trochophore

As trochophora ( gr trochos - Wheels, tires, phorein - carry) are mostly free-floating plankton matic larvae of most polychaetes ( Polychaeta ) and other annelids, as well as that of some other animal groups, including some molluscs ( Mollusca ) and the Goblet of worms ( Entoprocta ) denotes. These animals are summarized under the term " Trochozoa ", a subset of the Lophotrochozoa. Not all Protostomia have Trochophorae. Trochophoralarven are pear-shaped to round and have eyelashes wreaths that help them move around strudelnd. They feed at times of stored yolk reserves and later of unicellular algae, flagellates or bacteria.
