Trojane
Trojane is a village and a pass in Slovenia.

Trojane, also called Trojan pass, because its position under the ridge Uçak (609 m) than the lightest transition through the Schwarztal, between the Ljubljana Basin ( Ljubljanska kotlina ) and the Savinja Valley ( Savinjska dolina ).
History
The ancient Romans put here the road Aquileia - Emona - Atrans ( Trojane ) - Celeia to. The Roman Atrans was a major transport, military, postal and trading post, which was surrounded by a fortified wall. In the ancient time, Trojane was on the border between Italy and Noricum. In the Middle Ages the border between Styria and Carniola was a little low and easterly, namely Zajasovnik. After in 1720 the road Ljubljana ( Laibach ) - had created new Vienna, it became an important post position with toll office, which was already mentioned in 1400.
Others
Since the early 1960s, the catering at the pass, go back to their roots already in the first half of the 19th century, famous for the production and sale of donuts.
