Trongisvágur
Trongisvágur [ ˌ tɹɔnʤɪs vɔa vʊɹ ː ] (Danish: Trangisvåg ) is a place of the Faroe Islands on the west coast of the island Suðuroy at the end of the fjord Trongisvágsfjørður.

Located about 1 km west of Trongisvágur expands one of the largest forests of the Faroe Islands, of the worth visiting Viðarlundin í Trongisvági. Like all forests and parks in the Faroe outside the capital Tórshavn he is fenced to protect the trees from food -seeking sheep. It covers an area of about 3 hectares and with its hiking trails and BBQ areas by the creek Rangá a popular destination.
