True Jackson, VP
True Jackson (AKA: True Jackson, VP ) is an American television series for young people, which started in the German pay-TV for the first time on 8 November 2008 in the United States and 21 February 2009 respectively on the television station Nick Premium. On 4 April 2009, the mission started on the free TV channels Nick. The main role is played by Keke Palmer as True Jackson.

The 15 -year-old True Jackson was hired away as head of the fashion label Mad Style on sandwich stand. With the support of her high school friends Lulu and Ryan, she designs clothes for young people, skateboarders, stars and rock bands, organized a model casting, solves problems at work and battling with envious colleagues around.

The company "Mad Style" is located in Manhattan, New York on the top floor of a large tower. It includes a lobby, a lot of offices, a lounge, a conference room, a secret closet, toilet and a storage room. Downstairs there is the ice cream shop "Happy Berry Yum Yum ". Two floors below the boiler room is a room with monitors for security cameras.

The German synchronization was created by a synchronous book and the dialogue directed by Frank Schröder by the synchronous company TV Synchron in Berlin.

- The name of the guest role Dakotha North is an allusion to the U.S. state of North Dakota.
- This series was produced in 16:9 format, but scaled in Germany to 4:3. Later NICK has it changed back to 16:9.
