Trunch

Trunch is a place and a parish in Norfolk, East Anglia. It is located about 4 km north of North Walsham and 2 km south of Mundesley the next coastal town. Trunch has about 1000 inhabitants and has a medieval church, St. Botolph, and a pub, The Crown Inn and a shop with integrated post.

Attractions

St. Botolph's, the church of the village from the 15th century is built on older foundations. She is famous because of the font with filigree carved canopy of the 15th century, of which there are only four other of its kind in England. The Church also has a stitch -beam roof with a variety of carved figures of angels and saints with a painted portraits rood screen.
