Cover design

On February 26, 2013 Yelawolf called out on Facebook all graphic designers to come on to design an album cover for the mixtape. The winning cover was used for the mixtape.

The cover was published on 8 March 2013. It shows Yelawolf, carrying a large sunglasses and a beard. With his left hand he reaches for his sunglasses and smiles at the viewer. The white lettering Trunk Muzik Returns, Yelawolf and Slumerican & Supahotbeats located in the lower part of the image. In the background, an American flag is indicated.

On the song Gangster Rapper A $ AP Rocky The Big Henry and be heard, while Yelawolf is supported in Rhyme Room by Raekwon and Killer Mike. In addition, Paul Wall is represented on the song Hustle.
