Tryptase

Tryptases are enzymes that cleave the peptide bond of proteins using a catalytic serine residue. They belong to the serine proteases such as trypsin and are similar to this one. Tryptases are released in a large amount of mast cells.

Alpha Tryptasemangel concerns according to a study, 45 percent of Caucasians, 26 percent of African Americans and 10 to 20 percent of Asians.
