The Zilma (Russian Цильма ) is a left tributary of the Pechora in the Komi Republic and in the Arkhangelsk Oblast in northwestern Russia.

The Zilma originates at Timanrücken. It flows in a predominantly easterly direction and takes its main tributaries, Kosma and Tobysch, from left to. You finally ends after 374 km in the Pechora. The Zilma drains an area of 21,500 km ². It is covered from November to April of a layer of ice. It is mainly fed by snowmelt. The mean discharge ( MQ ) 54 km above the mouth is 228 m³ / s
