Tsirgumäe ( to German Vogelsberg ) is a village (Estonian küla ) in the Estonian rural community Taheva in Valga County. It has 59 inhabitants (as of 1 January 2007).

The village is situated on the Estonian- Latvian border. Southwest of Tsirgumäe flows into the river Mustjõgi in the Gauja.

Tsirgumäe is best known for his 1926 founded sanatorium, which specializes in the care of children, elderly and disabled.
