Tulio de Melo Fróes Vinícius (born 31 January 1985 in Montes Claros, Minas Gerais ) is a Brazilian footballer. Since summer 2008 he is the French Ligue 1 club Lille OSC under contract. His position is that of the striker. With Lille he won the 2011 French Cup.

He started his career with Atlético Mineiro before he moved to Europe in 2004 and played on loan at Aalborg BK.
